Requirements Description: The load bank is a piece of electrical test equipment used to simulate an electrical load, to test an electric power source. The EPP III is the main electric power source for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System. The load bank is used on the 150 KW, 400Hz generator sets on the EPP III. The load bank must meet the requirements of the CECOM Purchase Description (PD) #”.
