Requirements Description: The load bank is a piece of electrical test equipment used to simulate an electrical load, to test an electric power source. The EPP III is the main electric power source for the PATRIOT Missile Defense System. The load bank is used on the 150 KW, 400Hz generator sets on the EPP III. The load bank must meet the requirements of the CECOM Purchase Description (PD) #: A3357168 Rev A, titled “CECOM Purchase Description for Commercial Portable PATRIOT Load Bank U/W 15 kW & 30 kW 400 Hz TQGs”. The PD can be obtained by writing via email to melinda.i.rivera.civ@army.mil.The current source for the load bank is ACE Electronics Defense Systems, LLC CAGE: 5TWH2.We are looking for brand name or equal load banks meeting the requirements of the PD, at a minimum, which will also include load cables and a carrying case.
