## Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with Ensign-Bickford Aerospace & Defense Company for Explosives and Explosive Products see attached JOFOC: The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i) Soliciting from a single source.
