## Description

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) intends to negotiate a Sole Source, firm-fixed-price contract with A-T-P Research, Inc. for IMESAFR Training Courses. The ATF intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b) (1) (i) Soliciting from a single source. Interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement to the attention of Brian Wilkins, email address Brian.Wilkins@atf.gov by Tuesday March 26, 2024 (2:00pm EST).
