The objective of this RFI is to determine the capabilities and offerings of existing Human Resource Management Solutions system vendors with Human Resources (HR) capabilities that specifically comply and adhere to the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) - Human Capital Business Reference Model (HCBRM) functional framework which defines Federal Human Capital Management and/or tailored to meet ICE’s requirements.
