Description: (i) The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Innovation and Strategy Directorate (ISD), Non-Intrusive Inspection Division (NIID), on behalf of the Office of Field Operations (OFO), has an immediate requirement for two types of Large-Scale Fixed System, the Low-Energy Portal (LEP) system and Multi-Energy Portal (MEP) system. The requirement for these Large-Scale Fixed Systems includes equipment, delivery, installation and civil works, image formatting for ingestion in CBP systems, testing, verification, documentation, interconnectivity within all systems, lifecycle support, warranties, and ancillary logistical services.
