## Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA), intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC, located at 9023 Columbine Rd., Eden Prairie, MN 55347, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to KLDiscovery Ontrack LLC for the ReadySuite with Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Network Software Subscription.

The Litigation Technology Service Center (LTSC) uses ReadySuite to convert, create, filter, merge, manipulate, review and validate standard litigation support load files. ReadySuite is used as an assessment/validation tool for pre-processed data sent to the LTSC for import to web-based hosting applications. It can also be used where necessary to manipulate, convert and merge files into the LTSC standard format.

The LTSC also makes use of ReadySuite for post-processing manipulation and PDF creation in support of document production type work orders. The period of performance is anticipated to be 12 months beginning September 30, 2026, through September 29, 2027. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.

However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government. Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
