The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 711310; the Product Service Code (PSC) is X1AB. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price purchase order for: CREDO Spiritual Growth Retreat Tour A draft of the Performance Work Statement is attached. Responses to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
