## Description

The U.S. Government is seeking potential vendors capable of supplying two (2) industrial-grade dehumidifiers equivalent in performance and specifications to the Munters DEW -300. These units must be suitable for use in high-humidity environments and meet the technical standards of desiccant-type dehumidification systems. **Requirements:** - Quantity: Two (2) units - Type: Desiccant dehumidifiers equivalent to Munters DEW-300 - Delivery Location:

**Kawakami, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan - Delivery Deadline:** No later than October 15, 2025 - Scope of Responsibility: The selected contractor shall be responsible for all aspects of delivery, including: - International shipping - Customs clearance procedures - Domestic transportation within Japan - Final delivery to the specified site in Kawakami, Hiroshima **Interested vendors** are requested to submit the following information: 1. Company name, address, and point of contact 2. Capability statement addressing the ability to meet the above requirements 3. Product specifications and brochures for proposed equipment 4. DUNS number and SAM.gov registration status Responses must be submitted electronically to POCs listed on this notice no later than 20 Aug 25 Japan standard time.
