## Description

ATS Generator was originally awarded; however, due to unacceptable lead time by the original Awardee, this solicitation is reopened and will be a trade-off evaluation and sealed bidding under FAR 15. Delivery time and technical specifications are the most important factors. The ATS does not have to be the same. It can be a newer model or substitute that meets or exceeds the specifications in the SOW.
