Updated on 19 Aug 2024 to add questions and answers for sources sought. DFAS, Contract Services Directorate is seeking sources, capability statements, and cost estimates to support the Defense Cash Accountability System (DCAS) requirement. Responses from all qualified and experienced sources including small businesses, 8(a) small businesses, service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses, HUBZone small businesses, and Womenowned small businesses are encouraged to respond to the Notice.
