## Description

This Sources Sought is for planning and market research purposes only and does not commit the government to pay for the information requested, issue a solicitation, or award a contract. A Sources Sought is being conducted to identify firms interested in providing asphalt pavement repair for South Hangar Road on Cape Canaveral Air Force Station (CCAFS), FL. The proposed contract would be a firm fixed price construction contract at CCAFS, FL.

For the purposes of this contract, the anticipated contractor will provide all materials, labor, and equipment and perform all work required to Repair South Hangar Road and provide the Government with a complete and usable roadway.

This project includes repairing approximately, 16,170 SY of asphalt pavement roadway and constructing approximately 1,825 SY of new asphalt pavement shoulder, to include but not limited to maintenance of traffic through work zones, repair of existing RCP culverts, installation of new traffic street signs, repair of grass shoulders, and application of pavement traffic markings in accordance with MUTCD. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 237310, size standard is $45M.

This Sources Sought is encouraging responses from all qualified and capable Small Businesses. Firms responding to this Sources Sought must be U.S. owned and must (1) state whether they are other than Small Business or Small Business based on the size standard above; (2) state if they have socioeconomic classification(s) as follows:

small disadvantaged business (SDB); Section 8(a) small business; woman-owned small business (WOSB); economically-disadvantaged woman-owned small business (EDWOSB); a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) Zone small business; veteran-owned small business (VOSB) or service-disabled veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). Small Businesses that are in or are considering Joint Ventures or Mentor Protégé Agreements are encouraged to respond to the source sought.
