**11/07/24 Amendment 03:** Please see attached REVISED documents with the associated material changes: - Synopsis/Solicitation: Site visit request due date extended to Tuesday 11/12/24 due to Veterans Day (Section B.2) - Attachment 1 (Statement of Work):

a) revised Grab-N-Go hours to match breakfast and lunch (vs. 24/7 in Sections 3d and 3h);

b) added new Section 10 to address Randolph-Sheppard Act compliance for DARPA facility.
