## Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office (MTO) seeks information on challenges, new approaches, and potential impacts of chemical and biological interactions with microsystems. DARPA is interested in microsystems that not only survive chemically and biologically harsh treatments but are enhanced by them.
