## Description

The objective of the TTO OW BAA Proposers Day 2025 is to outline the technical goals, challenges, and end objective(s) of this effort; to promote an understanding of the BAA proposal requirements; and to promote teaming arrangements between researchers. TTO publishing the OW BAA HR001125S0011 to solicit innovative executive summaries and proposals that enhance the nation’s ability to rapidly build, adapt, and sustain force structures with the following focus areas: Design/Build/Buy, Surge and Sustain, Long Range Effects, and Disruptive Innovation.
