## Description

For more than 65 years, DARPA has held to a singular and enduring mission: to make pivotal investments in breakthrough technologies for national security.

The DARPA Contracts Management Office, in collaboration with the six (6) Technical Offices, is also pursuing innovation from an acquisition and business process perspective with end goals to leverage commercial capabilities to maximize intra-agency collaboration and to streamline and automate internal business and federal contracting processes to increase acquisition velocity in support of DARPA’s vital mission.

DARPA CMO is requesting capability statements in 3 Focus Areas from commercial sources with expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs), and end to end automation, to enhance DARPA’s existing rapid transition from each step of the acquisition process (requirements and solicitation generation through abstract and proposal evaluations to eventual award and execution). Capabilities may include existing tools and/or potential development of new tools. DARPA is currently operating in an integrated MS 365 environment; therefore, any contemplated tools/solutions must be compatible to this environment.
