## Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Tactical Technology Office (TTO) is sponsoring an Industry Day to provide information to potential proposers on the objectives of the Heimdall program in advance of a planned Program Solicitation (PS).

The objective of the Heimdall program is the development and demonstration of secure Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) aids that enhance effectiveness of naval gun systems solely through software updates inside the Mk 160 Gun Computer System (GCS) onboard U.S. Navy surface combatants. This program solicitation seeks proposals that demonstrate an ability to align with existing government architecture and data format for more rapid transition to operational units.
