The purpose of this Special Notice (SN) is to provide public notification of additional research areas of interest to the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) Microsystems Technology Office (MTO), specifically for the Heterogenous Adaptively Produced Photonic Interfaces (HAPPI) program.
