## Description

The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) is soliciting innovative approaches to address challenges in the following technical areas: radio frequency sensing and surveillance for tactical operations, array control, and signal processing. Proposed research should investigate innovative approaches that enable revolutionary advances in the aforementioned science, devices, and/or systems.
