## Description

US Government seeks to lease minimum 1,200 sq ft office with an additional 5,000 sq ft heated warehouse space within the Buffalo, NY area. Warehouse must have a minimum two (2) bay/garage doors that are a minimum 14 ft high. Must also have the abililty for fenced in storage area outside.
