Lease term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights Located within a defined delineated area in North: W Telegraph St East: 300 E St South: Industrial Rd to W Industrial Rd to S Deseret Dr West: N 3050 E to S Green Spring Dr Property must include dedicated secured area for parking government vehicles and equipment, sitting on a minimum of 2 acres and a maximum of 3 acres, provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease. Interested respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners.
