## Description

The U.S. Government currently leases seven (7) fully furnished, one-bedroom residential apartments at 7777 Greenbriar St., Houston, Texas 77030, which expires on September 30, 2026. This notice is issued for market research purposes to conduct a market survey for a succeeding lease of seven (7) existing fully furnished, one-bedroom multi-family residential apartments totaling approximately 5,390 square feet (averaging approximately 700 to 800 SF per unit) located in Houston, Texas, in or immediately adjacent to the 77030 zip code area.

The housing requirement directly supports the clinical mission and on-call rotation readiness of medical residents and fellows enrolled in the San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium (SAUSHEC) Graduate Medical Education (GME) program training at partner medical facilities within the Texas Medical Center.
