Firm Term: 1 year with termination rights after year 1; not to exceed 20 years Services: All maintenance and building repairs as needed, including emergency repairs shall be provided by the Lessor on a 24/7-hour basis, including weekends and Holidays. A full service lease, with all expenses to be paid by Lessor, including taxes and insurance is preferred. The Government will consider, among other things, the availability of lease space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure and non-productive agency downtime.
