## Description

This is an informational space request to determine the availability of temperature controlled (between 20 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit) warehouse space between 20K-30K SF to include tractor trailer loading dock accessible to accommodate standard shipping containers 40' long x 8' wide x 8'6" tall within a 4.5 mile radius of Watervliet Arsenal. Additional flexibility may be allowed for radius if space supports request.
