The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government requires a full service lease for: a minimum of 2550 rentable square feet (RSF) and maximum of 2850 RSF of retail space for a U.S. Armed Forces Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights.
