The office/maintenance/parking complex must be located on a maximum of 2 sites and total approximately 1.1 acres of land. The lease term will commence on May 1, 2025, and expire on April 30, 2026 with an option at the lessee's discreation to extend for an addition four (4) one (1) year terms, subject to termination and renewal rights as may be set forth in the lease agreement. The leased space must meet all applicable Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, and sustainability standards. The lessor must provide all utilities, real estate taxes, insurance, trash removal, cleaning services, snow removal, and ground maintenance as part of the rent costs. The U.S. Army Reserve will be the sole occupant of the leased area. The current use of the space is as a vehicle service garage.
