## Description

THE US GOVRENENT CURRENTLY OCCUPIES OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN A BUILDING UNDER LEASE IN CORALVILLE, IA THAT WILL BE EXPIRING. THE GOVERNMENT IS CONSIDERING ALTERNATE SPACE IF ECONOMICALLY ADVANTAGEOUS. IN MAKING THIS DETERMINATION, THE GOVERNMENT WILL CONSIDER, AMOUND OTHER THINGS, THE AVAILALIETY OF ALTERANATE SPACE THAT POTENTIALLY CAN SATIFY THE GOVERNMENTS REQUIREMENTS, JANITORIAL SERVICES PROVIDED IN THE LEASE, AS WELL AS COST LIKELY TO BE INCURRED THROUGH RELOCATION, SUCH AS PHYICAL MOVE COSTS, REPLICATION OF TENANT IMPROVEMENTS AND TELECOMMUNICATION INFRASTURCTURE AND NON-PRODUCTIV AGENCY DOWNTINME.
