Hangar space is a minimum of 14,000 square feet with a door height of at least 21 feet to store and maintain 3 UH60 Blackhawk helicopters. Office space is desired up to 400 square feet if available. The office must have air conditioning. The hangar and office require 24 hours, 7 days a week access. All access should be keyed. There should be parking spaces available for up to 25 civilian vehicles. Outdoor parking should be available for a fuel truck and included in the lease.
