Hangar is to accommodate three (3) Blackhawk helicopters (UH60) at dimensions L 64’ 10”. x W 53’ 8” (extended rotary blades) x H 16’ 10” for each helicopter. At least 2,000 square feet of outdoor space is needed to store equipment, fuel trucks/fuel tanks and containers. Dedicated parking is preferred, but there should be enough parking at a minimum for eight (8) standard sedans. The requested hangar, ramp space and outdoor space must be located within a 25-mile radius of Alpine, Brewster County, Texas, with access to an airport runway. The lease may commence as early as is feasible. The lease will have an initial term of one (1) base year with up to four (4) option years with thirty (30) day termination rights.
