Submission Requirements Interested respondents must submit the following: Building name and address Location of available space within the building Rentable square feet (RSF) and Usable square feet (USF) offered Date space will be available Proposed rental rate per RSF Evidence of ownership or authorization to represent owner Responses are due no later than 3:00 PM PDT on 03/31/2026. Responses received after the stated deadline may not be considered. The Government intends to conduct a competitive procurement and issue a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) to respondents whose properties are determined by the Government to meet the minimum requirements stated herein.
