The Government is considering alternate space if economically advantageous. The Government’s desire is for a full service lease for approximately 3,500 rentable square feet of retail space for a U.S. Armed Forces Navy Career Center for a term not to exceed five (5) years with Government termination rights and located within a defined delineated area in Saint George, UT. Non-exclusive on-site parking for up to ten (10) government vehicles must be provided for on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis. Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.
