## Description

U.S. Government Wants to Lease Space in Montgomery, Alabama AMOUNT: The Government has a requirement for approximately 10,000 net usable square feet of office space.

**LOCATION:** The space must be within a 10-mile radius of 235 Lee Street, Montgomery, AL, 36104 REQUIRED: Full-service lease to include janitorial services. Alternate offers for unserviced lease (exclusive of services, supplies, and utilities) would be considered.

**TERM:** inital three (3) month lease, followed by three (3) twelve (12) month optons to renew.
