## Description

This is a draft RFP. No quotes shall be submitted in response to this draft RFP. This draft RFP is to receive constructive feedback from interested parties concerning the PWS and corrections that should be considered to provide a more thorough requirement. The Government intends to handle the bulk, or all, of the questions regarding this requirement during the draft RFP period so please provide all questions during this period. The Government may not allow for any further questions once the final solicitation is released.
