## Description

This is a special notice for the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) Procurement Forecast for Q1 and Q2 of Fiscal Year 2025. This notice is posted in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Section 501 of Public Law 100-656. We are not requesting proposals or information in response to this notice. See attached for a list of potential NHLBI contracting opportunities.

Included in the attachment is the title/description of the opportunity, anticipated start date, point of contact, estimated dollar value, the requiring NIH Institute/Center (IC), and other applicable information. Please note that this notice may be modified to add other potential contracting opportunities as new requirements materialize. The goal of this tool is to provide information of upcoming federal contracting opportunities. All projected procurements are subject to revision or cancellation.

Final decisions on the extent of competition, small business participation, estimated value, or any aspect of the procurement are made if/when a solicitation is posted to SAM.gov. Forecast data is for planning purposes only and is not a commitment by the Government to purchase the described products and/or services. Please address questions regarding a planned procurement to the point of contact listed in the attachment.
