## Description

This survey is a request for information for the creation of a new Special Item number (SIN) that addresses the Strengthening Digital Accessibility, and the Management of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act as guided by OMB Directive M-24-08. These offerings will potentially be under GSA's Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) as detailed within the SIN's anticipated description.

There is a specific need for providing services and program management solutions to assist Federal Agencies with implementation as needed and required. The proposed SIN scope should offer competent product testing, document and website remediation, program management and other essential services necessary for agencies to strengthen Digital services delivery to the American public while delivering equitable access to government. GSA invites respondents to answer some or all the questions below.

One of the primary goals of this effort is to build an understanding of the complexity and diversity of this marketplace, ensuring federal agencies can make the greatest use of the services, technologies and toolsets available. Not all questions listed below are appropriate for all solutions, and niche services may add significant value considering the unique nature of many federal systems.

Please note, potential respondents are not required to hold current GSA or other non-GSA Federal contracts to participate in this RFI. Similar notices regarding the RFI are being issued through GSA eBuy, but all correspond to the same, single RFI.
