## Description

The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity (USAMRAA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis, IAW 10 United States Code 2304(c)(1) as implemented in the Federal Acquisition Regulation 13.106-1(b)(1), to Remel Inc., 12076 Santa Fe Trail Dr, Lenexa, KS 66215, as the only responsible source that can provide the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research (WRAIR), Sensititre Instrument Maintenance Services.
