## Description

This is not a request for quote/proposal. Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security (OUSD(I&S)) I&S Enterprise, intends to do the following:

1) Award a short-term sole source extension modification to the incumbent contractor, Quality Systems Management Inc. (QSMI)

The Contractor is currently performing services under Federal Supply Schedule Contract 47QTCA19D003E, task order number HQ0034-20-F-0091 with services concluding on July 18, 2025. The anticipated period of performance for the task order bridge extension modification is for two months, July 19, 2025 to September 18, 2025. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6 Limiting sources.

This task order is required to provide the necessary support for sustainment and enhancement of current features and testing and implementation of OUSD(I)’s version of the Internal Resource Management Application – Intelligence (IRMA-I). The IRMA-I application will be used to distribute, track, maintain and report the status of multi-million-dollar programs across Operation & Maintenance (O&M), Research Development Test & Evaluation (RDT&E), and Procurement appropriations.

It is a critical tool for senior management and leadership to obtain information used in decision-making. The application also contains reference tools for contract documentation templates, site links, and training histories of Contracting Officer Representatives. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will NOT be honored or acknowledged.
