**NOTICE TYPE:** SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE – FINANCIAL TIMES LIMITED NAICS Code 519210 – LIBRARY & ARCHIVES PSC DA10 - IT AND TELECOM - BUSINESS APPLICATION/APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE The U. S. International Trade Commission anticipates award of a Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Financial Times (FDI Intelligence) Limited.

Number One Southwest Bridge– London SE1 9HL, United Kingdom, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This requirement is for a single license subscription to the Financial Times FDI Intelligence database, which provides an exclusive admittance to the software and collected databases.

The period of performance is one year: October 01, 2025, through September 30, 2026. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only. However, any information received within five days after the posting date of this notice will be considered by the Government. Information may be sent to Alisha Hunt Contracting Officer, at Alisha.Hunt@usitc.gov. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
