## Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers – Rock Island District has a requirement to have riprap supplied and delivered and a stockpiled between 2,000 and 3,000 tons meeting the requirements of ILDOT gradation RR4, Quality A to the Rice Lake State Fish & Wildlife Area in Banner, IL. Any offers received via responses to the SAM notice shall not be considered unless lower than the lowest priced offer received from the Rock Island District's Concrete and Aggregate BPA master agreement holders.

The government will save the offer but not evaluate price, nor verify the offerors’ information in SAM. The specialist will email the offeror and acknowledge receipt and reiterate the terms of the declaimer explaining that their offer will not be considered for this reason.
