## Description

The core objective of this effort is to enhance the Public User Portal Applications (PUP) applications to provide a more user-friendly 21st Century IDEA compliant version of the application, while considering the overall user journey experience as we aim to provide consistency across IRS applications, address policy changes, reduce visitor frustration and increase confidence.
