The acquisition will be conducted through the FAR Part 12 \"Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.\" The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 926120. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is August 14, 2026, at 10:00AM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
