This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(c)(4)(vi), vendors that feel they can provide the systems necessary to support and meet the Government’s requirement may submit a capability statement which will be considered by agency.
