**Amendment 001:** Response to Questions. 1) QUESTION: Is this a brand new contract or if there is (was) an incumbent performing these services?

**GOVERNMENT RESPONSE:** Previous purchases were made under BPA 15DDHQ20A00000038. NO ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

**Amendment 002:** The purpose of Amendment 002 is to revise the quantities and extend the response date to July 8, 2026, 10:00am ET. Changes are made by a veritcal Line to the right margin. See attachment A28_RFQ 2026_Amend 002.

**Amendment 003:** The purpose of amendment 003 is to extend the response date to July 15, 2026, 10:00am ET.

**Amendment 004:** The purpose of amendment 004 is to extend the respose date to July 16, 2026, 5:00pm ET.
