Veolia ES Technical Solutions is the ONLY source with the proper state and federal permits to dispose of these materials via incineration. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Limited Source Documentation form is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 562211 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
