The Government anticipates the award of firm-fixed price purchase order. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR 6.305(a) the justification will be made publicly available within 14 days after award has been made. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. Closing date for submitting a capability statement is November 3, 2025 at 10:00 am Eastern Time.
