## Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to TTEC Government Solutions, LLC 6312 S Fiddlers Green Cir Ste 100N Greenwood Village, CO 80111, for a 12 month EZ Pass access to toll roads in the state of Virginia. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. See attached for additional details.
