## Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with JPS Interoperability Solutions, Inc., 5800 Departure Drive, Raleigh NC 27616 for the acquisition of JPS interoperability equipment and cables. In accordance with FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii), vendors that feel they can meet the Government's requirements detailed herein may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the Agency. The Government anticipates the award of a firm-fixed price purchase order.

A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. In accordance with the FAR, the Justification for Sole Source will be posted 14 days after the award. The acquisition will be conducted through FAR Part 13 "Simplified Acquisition Procedures." The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this requirement is 334290. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotation.

A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available. The closing date for submitting a capability statement is September 27, 2025, at 10:00 AM Eastern. All submissions should be submitted electronically to Kenny.J.Douangmala@dea.gov
