## Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price purchase order on a sole source basis to CovertTrack Group Inc 101 Lindenwood Dr Suite 200 Malvern, PA 19355, for monthly airtime – unlimited updates and subscription to CovertTrack Mapping/Unitrac. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. A Request for Quotation (RFQ) is not available.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, the Limited Source Documentation form is attached with this notice. The NAICS code is 334511 and the requirement is not a total small business set-aside. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
