## Description

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Office of Acquisition (FA) intends to award a sole source firm fixed purchase order to B.E. Meyers – Advanced Photonics., 9461 Willows Road NE, Suite 100 Redmond, WA 98052, for 10 Laser Aiming Devices. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102(a)(6), the Limited Source Documentation is attached with this notice.
