Vound Colorado LTD is the only known source that can provide the Digital Evidence Laboratory’s (L9) current Intella software licenses and purchase additional dongles / licenses for new staff and hardware. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 513210 standard size $47,000,000.00. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based on the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice is NOT a request for proposal. However, all capability statements received by August 22, 2025, at 10:00 AM EST will be considered by the Government.
